Writing, creating, and designing Cafe Journal is a pleasure and a passion for me. My name is Nohra-Cecilia Leschyson, and I am a Colombian free lance writer who immigrated to Kamloops in 1997, with no English language skills at all.

After studying at TRU and learning advanced writing skills, I fell in love with the language, and now I want to share my passion for writing through Cafe Journal.

Every issue I create, I created it thinking of you, my readers. I always try as much as I can to make my newsletter fun, creative, and interesting, so you will enjoy it and look forward to reading the next issue.

Cafe Journal is now almost two years old, and the public acceptance has been very rewarding for me.
